All field reports are submitted anonymously. Do not include personally identifiable information about yourself or others. You are strictly prohibited from naming or identifying specific employees, individuals, janitorial staff, or corporate executives in your field reports. Corporate Dump does not collect or store information that can identify you as the author of a submission.
You may only submit reviews for facilities you have personally visited. Submissions must be about the facility itself. You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content.
Corporate Dump enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. Corporate Dump reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any submission at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. We are not obligated to review every submission but provide reporting mechanisms for users to flag violations.
You agree not to spam, manipulate rankings, or submit bulk or automated reports; scrape, copy, or resell Corporate Dump data without written permission; use the app for any commercial purpose without authorization; impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship to any facility.
Corporate Dump is provided as is. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. Rankings and reviews reflect user-submitted opinions only and do not represent the views of Corporate Dump. We are not responsible for decisions made based on app content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate Dump and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corporate Dump from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submissions or violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these terms must be handled in the appropriate courts located in Arkansas.
If you believe any content within the application infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, please submit a takedown request through our support channels. Your notice should include identification of the copyrighted work, the specific location of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act. We act expeditiously to review and remove infringing material where appropriate.
By submitting a field report or using the app, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
