That's a little disgusting - I don't know if that's the right way to promote careful driving in rain. Traumatizing sensitive folks while they are driving is probably not preventing accidents. I don't know why but I saw a lot of strange and irritating billboards in the last weeks - getting attention is important but there should be an ethical limit.
